Open house at Dr. Penrod's new
office in Soap Lake

Lecture Series
WOMAN to WOMAN will be offered by Dr. Penrod and Life Coach Jennifer Mount at the office; four lectures on January 24, February 28, March 28, and April 25 at 7pm. The price is $15. We are also planning a retreat in Soap Lake in May to follow-up and expand on the presented concepts. Please call for registration: (425) 452-0107.

Annual Winter Fast and Cleanse
Once again Dr. Penrod is hosting the annual Spring Cleanse for the Body. It starts on Thursday, March 2nd at 7pm at Dr. Penrod's office. You can choose your own program: water, vegetable juice, herbal tea, or one of two amino acid supplements. The group will then meet on the following Monday for a relaxing evening of detox, foot-baths, and massage. The final meeting will finish with a potluck dinner on March 9th. You must be willing to commit to three days and can choose the length of the Cleanse individually. No one has found it to be difficult.

Art Retreat
